2021/2022 ADMISSION EXERCISE IN TO SCHOOL OF BASIC MIDWIFERY, MUSLIM HOSPITAL, SAKI, OYO STATE.
It is hereby announced for the information of the general public that application forms for the 2021/2022 admission exercise into SCHOOL OF BASIC MIDWIFERY, MUSLIM MEDICAL FOUNDATION, MUSLIM HOSPITAL, SAKI are now available for sale in the school, located in Saki along Ogbooro Road. The school is Federal Government approved.
The form is sold for Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10000) in cash or bank draft made payable to School of Basic Midwifery , Muslim Medical Foundation, Muslim Hospital, Saki.
Minimum entry qualification is five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It could be GCE/NECO/WAEC at not more than two sittings. WAEC and NECO can be combined.

iv. College of Nursing and Midwifery, Former UITH, Ilorin, Kwara State.
v. The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki.
Entrance examination will hold on Saturday, 2nd January, 2021.
